3. Warning Regarding Misrepresentation

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly makes false or materially misleading statements in a DMCA notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer or by us.
Only submit a DMCA notice if you genuinely believe that your copyright is being infringed.

4. Counter Notification – Request to Restore Removed Content

If material you posted on innovativewizards.com has been removed or access to it has been disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this removal is a mistake or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may send us a DMCA counter notification.

   • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Once we receive a valid counter notice, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party. If applicable, we may restore the removed content within the time period allowed by law unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously on innovativewizards.com.

• We may keep records of DMCA notices and counter notices received.
• Users who are found to be repeat infringers under our internal criteria may have their access restricted, content removed, or accounts permanently terminated.
